So far Matt has completely been bullied by the other attorney and doesn't seem to have the best interest of his clients in mind just what is easier for him a shame because I believed him when he said that he cared and said he was going to win 5 months into my case and all he has done for me is eat up my retainer jumping through hoops that the opposing counsel sets forth I wouldI would suggest to find other council because he is not empathetic with any part of your case a matter of fact he doesn't even have a good grip on what's going on with your case

Melany Klark Szawara, the attorney who served me papers in the mail and took two days to return my phone call was abrasive, loud, and very good at burning any bridge that may have existed between myself and her client. After interacting with Mr. Harris twice now, I have found that his ethical character is questionable. His use of theatrics and word play manipulation (liar) mocks the judicial system and the integrity it stands for. I have had the pleasure of serving under many morally and ethically superior attorneys in my over 20 plus year career as a paralegal. If your looking for a bully in the kindergarten play ground you found your guy!!

Matt Literski is unprofessional, and submits documents to the court late. This caused the case to be postponed on 2 separate occasions, costing us time and money having to come back again and again. When questioned by the Judge on his unprofessional behavior, he blamed his legal team instead of owning up to his mistakes. Not someone I would ever want to work with again!

Attorney Matt Literski was more than helpful when My dad and I both spoke with him on the phone. We were not sure if we needed a lawyer or not for my dad's divorce. No one ever "wants" to hire an attorney so finding the right one is so important. I talked to and interviewed several attorneys before I found this law firm. As soon as we met Ed Literski there was no question in our mind he was the best attorney to represent us. Ed was so easy to work with and made the process so much more bearable. Communication was great but what impressed us most was how he really did care about the situation we were in and wanting to be sure we were best represented. I hope I never have to retain an attorney again but if I do I will definitely be going back to this law firm.
