Scheduled a consultation more than 1 week in advance to address a time sensitive legal matter, only to have it rescheduled twice, 1 and 2 days before the meeting. To add insult to injury, they offered to do a phone consultation at the same price.

Can't even answer a simple question or be bothered to help a customer. Don't bother wasting your time calling kelly or alicia on the 1888 # because while there are attorneys in the office, they can't be asked a question to find out if it is even a waste of yime to walk in their office. No waste money and drive there to find out it was a waste of your time instead makes great customer service not!!!

Turned in pretty disappointing work overall. I understand legal advice isn’t guaranteed, but when your lawyer’s advice is consistently wrong, that excuse starts to get old and you wonder if you just hired a bad lawyer. Specifically, the firm provided me with 3 key pieces of legal advice, all 3 pieces of advice were wrong, one I would say was “wildly off base,” and one was issued with language in the vein of “I know I was wrong last time, but this time I am much more confident.” And in fact it went even deeper than that, my attorney went so far as to talk about a contact he had in a government office, who also said they were confident. So as if I wasn’t receiving enough bad legal advice already, they started outsourcing more bad legal advice for me. All the non-litigation solutions they presented were massively ineffective. Additionally, they were all things I could have done myself, and one I actually had done, but they did it again anyway just to achieve the exact same result. I have a hard time believing a better lawyer wouldn’t have told me “that isn’t going to work.” To be fair, I partially think this is a problem with the specific attorney I was working with, but I do think it’s the firm’s responsibility to recognize when things aren’t going well with a client and try to get another set of eyes on things. Overall in the exact same boat I was a year ago regarding my legal problems, Nacht Law failed to even budge them in my favor, which is especially frustrating because they’re ongoing in nature. Pretty disappointed.

I use Nacht law for all employment law matters. He's the best in the metro Detroit area in my opinion.
