This was our first experience with Michael Wills and the McTague firm . It was a positive experience and we were guided through every step of the process .

Very courteous and helpful right from the beginning. From the moment I called, I was aware of the cost and the were no hidden extras when I met for the final signing. I called a couple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and never once did I feel I was being a nuisance. His assistant was very helpful and always available to address my concerns. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Mr. Wills was recommended by my real estate agent and I could not have been happier. When the builder had me sign something that was not in the original contract, he fixed it. Special kudos to Angie who was always friendly and efficient. I found the fees to be reasonable (less to buy a house here than the legal fees to sell one in New Brunswick!).
