I deeply regret ever going to this law firm. True, Vince did an outstanding job for me, once, ten years ago. His firm has disappointed me every time I have sought to have my dignity and integrity protected in court. The latest was when I referred a friend to him. He lead us to believe in him, we paid him, and he failed miserably in court by not contesting the lies for the opposing side. Nor was he ready with any facts. We did better representing ourselves, and kept our dignity. Sorry for such a terrible post, but the apathy rots in my gut.

Can't believe that Vincent actually helped someone. I have used other lawyers and he is as bad as the others that were recommended. He only cares about the hours he can bill you. Sadly he trashed the lives of 3 children because he did not even review all the material we provided to him and could not respond to help us. He has to answer to a higher power and what goes around comes around.

Vince is a great attorney and will do his best to make sure that your legal matters are handled. I have used him and other attorneys in this firm and everyone is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help. This firm handles all matters and treats the client with respect...Would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Mr. Bachan to represent me in a home situation. He never visited the home, read or looked at any of the facts and pictures I submitted to him. He appeared at the hearing unprepared, asked opposing counsel what damages I was seeking and then agreed to a resolution, against my wishes, which entailed dealing with the same person who refused to repair the damages. When we left the courtroom, he wanted to make another appointment with me and let me know that most of the retainer had been used. I fired him via a letter sent to the firm's owner stating this info. They sent me a bill for $600.00' I filed against him in court not knowing that Peter Lucido is a judge there. Judge Sheila Walker never looked at the evidence presented and after a lengthy wait in court, sided with Bachan, even though he couldn't prove that he had read the case. He lied about having had experience in arbitration hearings. He had never done one before. I am stuck with $30,000 in damages. I did all the work and he made $2100.00.
