The Lemon Law Attorneys did a great job at getting us out of a lemon situation. The process took about 6-7 months, after getting the lawyers. (10 months total, Got the vehicle in Oct. 2018, got rid of it late Aug. 2019). I'm rating 4 stars as the communication between us and the lawyers could have been improved. If I recall correctly, I think there was about a two month span of time without hearing from them about the case, if you wanted an update, you needed to call, and 6-7 months with limited updates (other than the occasional form to sign) seems like it could be improved. Other than listed above, they did a phenomenal job, there was very little we had to do, other than supply them with service documents and sign the occasional form, they handled all the negotiating with the auto manufacturer.

We had a repair issue with our 2016 Chevrolet Trax where our vehicle was in and out of the dealership from Jan-May for the same problem. At one point it was in the dealership for a month. We looked to The Lemon Law Attorneys to see if we were able to do anything. They assisted in getting us some compensation for our inconvenience. The process was seamless.
