Our visit was to get a free consultation conveniently located on Joy Road & Telegraph. The place was filled with nice employees. Every employee we encountered appeared knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the procedure & answered all of our questions. They acknowledged the feelings of their clients & showed empathy. We noticed various certificates & photos of the Attorneys posted on the walls along with several Thank You cards from some past satisfied clients. First impressions mean a lot. They score very high in my opinion for the reasons I've noted.

My Wife and i experienced some shabby service from the Frego team @ 23843 Joy Rd in Dearborn Heights, MI. Knowing our situation, they did very little to explain what to expect while filing bankruptcy. So because their follow up wasn't done properly with phone calls etc. her case was dismissed. Even after she reported to them about her present financial condition, she wasn't given the right information to do anything about it to get things corrected. Now costly errors on the part of Frego has them with their hand out for more money, instead of reviewing for accuracy to correct errors. That being said, Frego had been given ALL of our factual information, yet they still misrepresented it against us. Poor service Frego and associates, you must be willing to do better when someone is in a crisis and are looking to you for help.

Awesome information

Things seem to move pretty fast, this was my last resort for being garnished. Felt a relief when a email came from the bank which meant "No more garnishing".

Everything went smoother than Michael Jordans bald head! The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly. A very light atmosphere! The lawyer answered all of my questions and also kept everything light. I definitely recommend this law firm. Thank you Frego and Associates!!! I filed bankruptcy with Frego and associates and it was a huge mistake. I made my appointments payments and court dates only to have everything dismissed a few months into my case. My attorney was condescending and rude and the paralegal was no help either she knew nothing. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Even the “office manager” talks to people like they’re unlearned. I ended up going to another bankruptcy firm and was treated with respect and they actually showed compassion for my situation. Frego is NOT A PROFESSIONAL FIRM!!!

I filed for bankruptcy back in 2014 on account of my husband and I were going through a divorce. I was assured by my attorney that when we did decide to sell our family home that my half would not be a concern for the debtor's. Needless to say it was and the debtor's did come to claim my half.
When I did contact Frego and associates on this matter I was told that the attorney I had is no longer with them. Just be careful I went in trusting the process and came out very dissatisfied.

Zero stars they over charge attorney fees if you go to Schneider they will cut your attorney fees in half and understand if you cannot afford to pay them obviously if you're in bankruptcy you cannot afford certain things they fire all the black attorneys as well the ones who were actually helping me it is a very judgmental space if I am filing bankruptcy my attorney should not make me feel embarrassed they should make me feel comfortable so I went with a different attorney that cut my fees in half and I did not have a $100 retainer to pay I could make monthly payments on the 450 as well this is the only Law Firm that does that

Great staff

This experience with Frego and Associates has not been a good ride. They are constantly Shuffling you between attorneys, whenever you contact the office regarding your case they may return your call but never have a solid answer and your told once again I will talk with an attorney and call you back. After all of this you’ll receive a bill where they’re requesting from the courts funds for services that they have not rendered. I would not recommend this Bankruptcy Law Firm to anyone

First impressions are important especially during a time you’re at your wits end and in need of assistance. The front office staff are courteous and warm! My husband and I met with Dave who was also warm, compassionate and patient with us! I’ve already passed our attorneys name to two associates.

In the beginning of my case they were great! Contacted me, now, I call all the time, no response, no one returns my calls, no status report, I have no idea what is going on with my case. I would not recommend this office. I probably gave them a good review in the beginning but the follow-up is the worst! I was expecting above and beyond superior service and was totally let down.

In the beginning it was great service. But towards the end of my case when I was told an attorney would call me back, no one called. When I went into the office to discuss the final steps as my case was closing I was told "why are you worried about it" and my questions were no answered. Then it was stated you still have two months left dont worry about it. I received a letter two weeks later telling me I never sent in my taxes. They received them two months prior. In addition, a separate letter stating was sent stating I needed to complete the second part of my debtor course. Which was done and filed eight months prior. When I called to tell them those items were completed they argued with me saying no they were not. When I called back the next day to confirm an email address to send my taxes too, I asked about the debtors course document I was then told you do not need to send that I see it was done in August. Then I received a 2018 tax document for interest paid on my home in May. When I called the office to ask why it took so long to get it I was told they never received it. I stated a couple times but it came from your office. I was put on hold for several minutes and when the paralegal got back in the phone I was told we received it at the end of April. It is now the end of May so it took a month to mail it. After I hung up the phone I flipped the document over to see it was stamped received by their office on January 31st. So it took them four months to send me a document I needed to get my taxes done and was lied too about when they received it. Between not receiving returning calls, being lied too, misplacing documents for my case and being told by two separate attorneys "not to worry about it" use your best judgment. As now it will cost me additional money to have my taxes redone and I know they will not reimburse me for this expense that they caused.

Simple and cheap. Even tho your not with just 1️ person through your process, everyone knows what they are doing and very nice.

The only thing they are good at is taking your money they dont file the correct paperwork noir follow up with companies that are harassing you. Do yourself a favor and find a diff place. Update: 1st off you didn't do your job and 2nd I fired you. Liars lol gotta love lawyers.
