The attorney is very nice and helpful. However his office staff could use a "how to be nice" class. Lady at the front has been less then pleasant. My second visit she was rude and would mutter rude things about me under her breath to the other lady in front. Not sure she cared that I could hear her. It's not like I wanted to have to do this but I saw no other choice. Going in to make payments has been unpleasant as well.

Mr. Schneider worked for us as creditors involved in a bankruptcy case where our house was being occupied by a non-paying renter who was using the bankruptcy court to buy himself time and avoid payment.
