I’m a grateful client with a successful settlement outcome, because I was represented by David Femminineo. I was in a Horrific and tragic auto accident. This accident has been one of the most devastating life-altering events that I have ever had to endure. Terrible firm! David tried to fast talk me into giving him money but, when I questioned him regarding a definitive fact on my specific issue, he was (play drama) insulted.
He is one of those people who cover a lie by pretending loudly to be offended at what is said to them. He jumps out if his seat and storms out, loudly telling the whole place that he has never been treated so rakishly. He wanted my money, but failed to do any actual research into my case.

Most experienced law firm in Macomb County. Highly regarded for their depth in knowledge of the law. For 20 year I have called on them for legal services both in Business and personal. I have referred clients, family, friends, business associates......the list goes on ALL SATISFIED with their services/results!!!

We were referred to David's office from another attorney's office with "He'll probably start a file and monitor the situation," so we were not sure what to expect. But David and Dawn will forever be in our back pocket. They were accessible and forthcoming with information and responsive to my questions. There were even times I'd ask a question and NOT get a response: this is not bad. As a client of David's, your focus is your physical recovery not so many of the details because, honestly when you're going through it, you think you're handling it...you really aren't. I wasn't, and it was comforting to know that he quickly learned who I was enough to know when I was freaking out about something unnecessarily within this process, a very personal touch that is not easily applied. And, bonus, my husband trusted him and his trust is not easily won.

To those who have never needed a personal injury attorney, remember this: we really walk into this situations with all emotions firing, and possibly grandiose ideas of our outcomes. Don't hire someone who feeds into those things. Don't hire someone 'like' David. Just hire David.

Don't waste your time as 25 years experience does not negate not doing any basic due diligence for 90 days. David is professional but after meeting with him David never looked at the evidence or facts of the case or kept asking for the same information.

Experience David is not a replacement for talent or research on cases. Ironically David was happy to take the case only to back out so his response is misleading at best. Oh and best of luck to you in the future David...less billboards and more listening.

Waste of gas! Called for a consult, explained I had no money. Went to see him. Looked unprofessional! Spent 10 minutes with me and that's it!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Horrible lawyer!! For 2 year's he stated, never take the 1st offer. It was a big policy (for him). Then turned around, to say my only option was to take the 1st offer! Because of my record, he couldn't fight it. Even though, i had i no prior injuries. My injuries occurred AFTER i was rear-ended. He got paid off for me to settle, Next to nothing on that BIG POLICY!
Collected for my pain and suffering. I struggle with, and will continue, for the rest of my life.
