If I could rate this guy (0) Zero stars I would!!! My elderly mother hired him to do a land contract for her and also paid him to do a power of attorney for her. He screwed up the land contract making the seller, my mom, pay the taxes and insurance. We asked him for a copy of the land contract 6 months ago and he said he couldn't find it. That he would keep looking. Also never got the power of attorney either and he stiffed my mom for a couple Grand!!!!!

Do not use this guy he will rip you off you have been warned!
