Rebecca S. Tieppo is an amazing attorney. The S in her middle name should stand for "stellar". For a few years now, I have had trouble with the folks next door to me. Ms. Tieppo has listened to me, laughed with me, listened to me while I cried, and has been a huge help and support. From phone calls to address offensive and detrimental behavior, to letters sent, Ms. Tieppo takes care of it all. She also never downplays my opinions or feelings toward the issues at hand. My families experience frustrating and heart breaking
Facts:
She showed up late for court and forgot the paperwork (facts) of our case She showed up to court so completely UN prepared for court that she was admonished by the judge. She told the judge “I have it somewhere in my phone “ as she fumbled through her phone and was unable to find it.
Scrolling through her phone for evidence she was supposed to handed to the judge.
Let that sink in.
She missed filing deadlines in our case saying that she was in the hospital , however in going through records we saw that she was in fact in court on other cases at the time she claimed to be in the hospital.

Our family is picking up the pieces since Rebecca Tiepops gross incompetence but she most definitely left us in far worse shape than when we hired her. Both in regards to our legal case and also because we are out a large sum of money.

Our experience:
Rebecca Tiepo was grossly incompetent, dishonest and struggled with her own personal problems.

We will be suing her for malpractice & filing complaints with the Attorney Greivance commission .
