David was professional, assertive, and helped answering all of my questions. Turns out, you get more bees with honey then with salt. Instead of having a hard fought court case, we negotiated with her and stalled her out, making the case more expensive on her end and reducing her window of 'winning'.

When all was said and done, she recieved a small sum over the course of a year, thinking she had won everything. But no, it was a carefully laid trap. Today actually is the day it finally sprung. And you know, it wasn't just about winning. David is rough around the edges - something you want in a divorce lawyer, believe me - but he's an honest, caring guy. Mr. Dart was very responsive to my needs and successfully filed motions relating to violations of a judgment of divorce and defense against an UNREASONABLE MOTION FOR FULL CUSTODY filed by my ex-wife. He was timely in filing the motions and well prepared during the hearing which resulted in favorable outcomes for me. His motions were detailed without being cumbersome which is probably why the Judge read them and ruled in my favor. Mr. Dart's office staff is always understanding and helpful. I highly recommend him. For the first time in many years, his representation has given me confidence and fair treatment in Court.
