The older gentalman is a real prick. He will make a contract with you on a price for legal services and then when the going gets tough he will want to withdrawl trying to scare you into signing a release unless you agree to pay more money than originally agreed upon. He violates contract law. He lacks the knowledge to take on hard cases. My opinion is that He is to old to be in this profession. The younger guy is very helpful and would be better working for himself. NOT RECOMMENDED then they lie and say your not upfront with them when in reality you are. If someone reaches out to you and tells you that you have a warrant chances are they just want money.

I’m giving him one star because zero stars isn’t an option. Mr. Sefa handled my divorce 6 years ago and I’ve never been so disappointed in a professional service. He was incredibly over priced and not worth a cent. He was unprofessional and unsuccessful !! My husband agreed to pay my attorney fees as part of our settlement. He made payments for about 6 months until he paid it off. Me Sefa then sent me a bill for 2500. And said that was a balance that he didn’t put on my ex’s bill so now I had to pay it !!!!! I would never recommend Mr Sefa to anyone. You shouldn’t have to worry about your attorney screwing you over !!!!! After reading your reply, I would first like to say that you just admitted that my attorney fees were 4 times the 2500. And that says how over priced you people are ! I was never told that there would be a balance after my husband was ordered to pay my fees That doesn’t even make any sense !! Also I did pay the remaining 2500. And there is no judgement against me. Whoever replied to my post should have gotten their facts correct before running their mouth. This is just another example of what kind of law firm this is. Your comment about me not paying my bill and a judgement against me is a flat lie !!!!!

Everyone at Davison Legal Associates has been so kind and helpful in our custody and parenting time case . They are real people and genuinely care. The patience and willingness to work with us is heartwarming. However, don't let that kindness fool you. They know what they are doing in the courtroom and work hard to get the things you need done, DONE. Super smart and very well spoken and direct. Attorney Kevin Miller is just a wonderful person to work with. A family man himself, he just understands. It has been a pleasure working with this whole team.

I’ve been suffering for 10 years he put my son in jail and made a mokary out of the court as well as my boys trial he started with one felony and ended up with 2 ...his partner was just as worse I ended up in a induced coma for 5 months after it all happened. I have been silent for 10 years and after it all he still sent us a bill for 25,000! Good luck to those who work with him!

Worst attorney ever!!! Mr. Sefa missed a court date. It seemed as if he was working against me and not for me. Never returned phone calls. I had to hire another attorney to try to fix what he had allowed to happen to me. He didn't even go over my file before court when he did show up. He stated in open court that I had worked at a different company than I actually worked at. Yet he charged me for reviewing my file before court. He clearly did not. The staff would say that papers had been filed yet they had not. It took months to get one paper filed. Do not trust this lawyer. He argued with me (literally pulled me aside and raised his voice) for me to agree to anything my ex-husbands attorney wanted. I ended up losing thousands in my divorce.
