Came in for a consultation. He was very unprofessional. Dirty, smelly office!! I was hesitant to sit in the waiting room! He chain smoked inside the building in his office during our entire session (despite the no-smoking signs everywhere) I felt like I was being interrogated even though I am not the defendant in my case and he would have been representing me. I had several problems with his overall demeanor and attitude. He also seems more willing to fight cases based on "hear-say" rather than cold proof, just because the proof will be more difficult to obtain. At the end of the consultation he did not let me know anything about regards to how strongly he feels about winning my case--which I have come to expect as normal. In fact, even though I have done my own research and found that i do have a strong case (as well as spoke with other lawyers who agree), he made me feel as if this was an impossible feat and then charged me $65 for a consultant fee--something of which I have never heard of before! There was nothing spoken of about a fee when I set the appointment. Enjoy your $65, I won't be coming back!
