Navigating the details of a VA claim is daunting and I found the people at Legal Help for Veterans to be perfect partners in getting it done. They helped smooth through all the minute details and made sure that I maximized my potential. The fee was extremely reasonable- they got nothing if I didn’t, and they took a fairly small percentage of back pay. Overall I would recommend them if you feel like you could use any assistance in this process.

If you are a Veteran who needs help with anything besides anything like disability claims that of course they would get a "cut" of upon successful completion, you can pretty much count out any REAL legal help from "Legal Help for Veterans" basically a bunch of "personal injury attorneys" who have decided the regular ambulance chasing market is too saturated so the "VA" may be an easier target for them. Just another group using the term "Veterans" to drum up business, pretty sad actually.

Called to try to get info & assistance, but the gal who answered the phone was quite perfunctory and off-putting, getting any answers was like pulling teeth.

I can’t thank you enough. If is weren’t for your help I would probably be homeless by now. Before you got involved I was turned down constantly. I recommend you to everyone that is having issues with the VA.

Since 1986 I had been trying to get compensation for complications of a gunshot wound with bullet still lodge in hip. All I got was 10% for high blood pressure. With help from Amvet I got 20%, & that is where it stayed Until Legal Help for Veterans help me get to 70% so far. So I am well please with their service.

VA denied my claim - and I understand why. I have compelling evidence that would otherwise sway or overturn the decision IF it were in the possession of a savvy legal representative. Well I guess I will have to find that elsewhere - because the so called "Legal Help for Veterans" appears to be soliciting cases with larger payouts and they absolutely give the appearance of not wanting to concern themselves with the likes of a Veteran such as myself (who 36 years later is still serving). If you're considering utilizing this firm for help - I would recommend to Veterans you go elsewhere for your "Legal Help". I urge you to to find someone who values you as a person, listens to you explain the legitimacy of your case, and stands for more than just the amount of your SCDC.

Personally they have helped me lots in my claims, also it takes time folks were dealing with VA remeber?

Very helpful with VA cases, only downside is they are not always great at keeping you updated, something they need to work on, but great lawyers and they write very good briefs.

Worst decision of my life to hire these people....used them ....now I'm locked out of my file....James Fausone refuses to take my calls....Vets Beware of these predators....
