I worked with Maxwell Dunn about a year and 1/2 ago. At that time I was 22, working a part time job, barely making ends meet, and drowning in debt. I had no idea how to fix it.. Then, I found Maxwell Dunn. I had worked with Anthony Smith and Tierney. Anthony went over my options with me on how to tackle my debt. He advised me that the best option would be to file a chapter 7.
Tierney was the lawyer that stood by me through the court process. She was very nice and answered any questions and eased any concerns that I had.
I took financial courses (provided and required by the firm) and now I have a better understanding of how my finances work and how to handle them.

In less than a year after filing bankruptcy I was able to: finance a new car, open a credit line, and increase my credit score. I did all of this in less than 2 years time!

Outstanding Service

After the dust settled on our bankruptcy, they continued to withdraw from our account even when the balance was paid in full. For a company that helps restore credit, they took us in a completely opposite direction. It's been 2 weeks and the issue still is not resolved

In 2017 I filed for bankruptcy with Maxwell Dunn Law, the lawyers were so nice and helpful, the lawyers guided me step by step in every step of my bankruptcy, I am so grateful and appreciate Maxwell Dunn for an easy experience. I reccomend Maxwell Dunn every chance I get, great team to work with.

I am on my way to financial stability. i plan to purchase my first home later this year.

I do not recommend this loan office. I had an appointment with Joshua on July 3rd to assist with breaking my lease. Of course the initial visit went fine. However, i've been calling everyday for a status and still haven't received a return call. He was suppose to notify my landlord by Monday, July 8th and nothing has been done. I am suppose to break my lease in August and now forced to start the process over and find a different attorney to assist me. The receptionists are useless and only repeat "I'll take you number and have him call you back". Do not use this law firm. The communication is unacceptable, especially dealing with a time sensitive issue.

This law firm is very professional and gets the results the customer needs. No matter what your need is they will treat you like a person and not just another account. Joshua Castmore will assist in making your experience a pleasant one.
