Never Ever try this firm if you want to save your career otherwise there are 100% chances going back to your home as they have very very less experienced employee to whom if you submit wrong documents they doesn’t ask you anything and submit with wrong documents. My case supposed to be only extension but they used their own mind and filed amendment without taking permission from us. Michelle, Alex and Kimberly are worst employees. Just google about these and you came to know they are very young and don’t possess any experience and are allowed to play with your career.

Worst company. They take forever to do anything. You have to keep following up with these guys to get the job done because the attrition rate is so high at this miserable place.It's Pathetic. They give your case to new hires, no supervision from any experienced guys and they end up screwing everything. Never ever use this hopeless firm for any of your legal requirements.

If possible I'd give these idiots a zero star. IBM contracted this firm for H1B extensions, and these idiots didn't bother to collect the correct information. They didn't look at the candidate's file and didn't submit the correct documentation. Consequently the candidate received a 1 year extension instead of 3 year extensions. The communication with the so-called attorneys is abysmal and these idiots don't deserve any business. They are so apathetic to the plight of the applicants.

With the help of Fakhoury law firm, my self and all my 5 colleagues got there H1B transfer denials. Due to denials all of our life and career got screwed up, but this law firm confirmed one way ticket to our homes permanently. All of cases were handled by Shelby Vincenti and she did a great job sending all of us back home.

I have interacted with Rohit Tirkhud and his team for the EB 5 VISA to the USA. At the same time , I have also had friends involved in the same process but engaged with different immigration attorneys. So I have had the opportunity to compare Fakhoury Law with other Legal firms in immigration services.
Rohit came highly recommended by people in the field and that is how I engaged with Fakhoury Law.
The first palpable difference one will experience is that Rohit is always available and responds as soon as he can. I have personally developed a bond with Rohit because of this and value his counsel very highly. No query is too much, or too difficult. Constrained as they are by the rigorous strictures of the US Legal system, I can safely say that they stretch themselves as much as they can to answer any queries that you might have. My initial application went off without a hitch without any additional information sought by the USCIS. The I 526 came through in about 10 months.
My application for the I-485 is still in process , but I can whole heartedly recommend Fakhoury Law as a sterling Immigration Legal Counsel for anybody looking to do so. In the current environment, clear and unbiased legal advice is critical and Fakhoury Law has not disappointed me so far….

Great experience using this company. My main issues were totally with the USCIS but the team at FGI always had the answers even when they were not what I wanted to hear. This whole Permanent Residency process is incredibly stressful and impersonal to your situation and feelings. My paralegal was Shelby Vincenti. Without this person I don't think I could have made it through this process. Her organization and personal level of support when needing to understand what certain questions mean, was outstanding. Shelby was consistently there with fast responses to emails in a very personable manor.
