I hired Dave in January of 2019 and he was able to accomplish what no other attorney would of been able to do. Dave is an amazing attorney, I have had approximately 15 different attorneys for different cases throughout the last 20 years and Dave gives each case the attention and time that is needed which results in the best representation that a defense attorney can provide. A word of advice to those in search for an attorney, I have made many mistakes in looking for an attorney and the biggest mistake that I have made several times is choosing an attorney because his fee was less than every other attorney that I spoke with, everytime I chose an attorney because I wanted to save some money, in the end it always cost me more money than even the most expensive lawyer would of cost me, because instead of giving my case the time and attention that was needed they always would get me a plea bargain that would cost me tens of thousands of dollars because I would be incarcerated and would lose valuable family time that money can't replace and it's happened a few times when I was not guilty of a crime. So if your in any kind of legal trouble, I highly recommend calling Dave Hoffman and his fees are definitely fare even though you may find his fees slightly higher than other attorneys, but in the end how much is your freedom and time worth!! This is my second separate charge I retained Dave for and like I said the first one he achieved what no other attorney could have done and he did not give up on me even after the judge told him that I would not be released, he continued to talk with the DA and Judge until he got outcome that would get me released. I'm going to Court now for my second charge with him and am very confident that the outcome will be very similar with the first outcome. I advise anyone who is need of legal representation to give his office a call and leave your worries to him because he is one of the few attorneys that actually care about his clients
