The most horrific excuse of an "attorney" I have ever experienced in my life. An automobile accident in which St. James Hospital in Hornell NY admittedly made errors in the paperwork and files which could have been corrected in a few phone calls ended up in my license to operate a motor vehicle suspended in the state of NY for over 6 months. Mr. Harris was full of broken promises which costs me 10's of thousands of dollars, loss of work, and basically ran my career and financial stability into a brick wall. Adventually I gave up on this complete fraud and took it upon myself to speak with the DMV and handled the situation in one phone call. Beware of this complete idiot.
