He was argumentative and had all of the work completed by his secretary and his negligence caused a huge overlook that resulted in hundreds of dollars having to be unexpectedly paid out. I tried contacting him several times about the situation and was once again able to talk to only the secretary who was as helpful as she could be, but could not solve the problem. So disappointed!
