Im very annoyed with the justice system, especially wayne county. If a da or ada know that a person or persons is wrongfully accused ,why do they persue a conviction just because they believe they can get a conviction. What happened to right or wrong? What happened to someone having integrity and honor? Do they have a conscience? It seems to me that the wayne county da's office does not care about the people, they do not care about whats right or whats wrong. They do not care whos lives are destroyed or whos kids are hurt. They only care about how to convict as many people as possible weather they are innocent or not. Its a terrible shame that the justice system is not about whos innocent or guilty anymore. Its about money and people's resumes.

Very disappointed with the handling of a Brighton fireman arrest. The man pulled out a gun, loaded at that,in a public establishment, aimed it at 2 people, and he was lightly charged. This is beyond disgusting, and he will hurt someone else, and it lays on your conscience. His girlfriend attacked heros trying to take the gun away, causing injury, and she was not even charged. This is politics at its finest, you should be ashamed.

In this writers opinion, the Wayne's County, New York District Attorney's Office wants to have as little interaction with the public as possible. This writer tried numerous times to contact N.Y. senior district attorney Mr. Bogleman as well as his subordinates to address a concerning act of misconduct within the rank and file of the Wayne's County Sheriff's Department. It seems odd that a branch of local government sworn to serve the greater New York area for which they are sworn by law to protect; turns a deaf ear to the concerned utterances of the general public.
