I couldn't agree more with all the negative reviews on this attorney!! He handled my divorce back in 2012, raked me over the coals for money and didn't do a thing for me!! To this day...I still have not received all I was supposed to get out of my divorce and over the years, I have continually tried to contact him and get him to take care of things and all he does is give you a run around or wants more money!! He is a poor excuse for a lawyer! DO NOT hire him for anything if you know what is good for you!! He is only concerned with money and does not care about the people he is representing. He doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give to post this!

After working for Mr. Miller for years, he has the most experience in multiple areas of the law. He works with clients and understands the economy we live in. He will tell you like it is, based on his experience. Everyone is not going to be 100% satisfied, and unfortunately not every one thoroughly understands that paper cost money. Things cost money. Services cost money. He takes more of a loss to assist clients that are financially burdened, then they realize. He has fronted money for people getting out of jail, for a bus ticket and a hotel room for the night or a warm meal. There are more factors to every negative review than is always let on. He is a very seasoned attorney.

Called Attorney James Millers publically listed phone number on his website for an urgent legal matter involving my friends termination from her workplace today which was done without cause. She was not given any reason as to why but offered severance pay if 3 weeks. She is the sole provider of 3 young children whose father died in a car accident last year.

Attorney James Miller took my call and upon beginning to explain the situation he abruptly and rudely interrupted me with a big sigh as if it was a prank call and told me to have a good night and hung up.

There are plenty of Attoneys in the greater Rochester area. Choose someone else.
