Not professional attorney doesn't even bother to call you and ask you questions. The secretary asks you basic questions and then a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail that they are not interested in researching my case. A friend had the same experience being told if they cant make themselves a million, they're not interested. I Will never recommend them

I have referred client to DeFrancisco & Falgiatano and the reports of my clients are always excellent. One particularly difficult medical malpractice action in the context of a bankruptcy case for the spouse (the Plaintiff died unfortunately) took years of very difficult work while the case was being monitored because of the bankruptcy, which complicated the case. The results were beyond the expectations of all parties and the work that went into the case was of the highest quality. I had to monitor this case very closely...it was not your usual referral. Once Jeff & Charles take your case they are in it to win. They do not bluster at the beginning and then force you into a settlement that you don't want, nor do they puff up expectations at the beginning to secure a client. Once they commit they give it their all. I will continue to send all of my clients to this firm in the hope they will take the case, because when they do they do their best, and my clients always report great satisfaction at all stages of the litigation. I have also done some work for the firm in the effort to collect once the judgment was secured (not always easy!). They were able to secure full payment even though the insurance company had successfully used a strategy involving bankruptcy in other states and cases to deny payment EVEN AFTER A SUCCESSFUL LITIGATION! In my experience most firms would have retreated one confronted by the insurance company with the legal theory they were able to overcome. Hire them and they will be in your corner from the beginning until the very end of the case.
