Jeff was amazing years ago when needed him and now I'm hoping he will help me again . My ex husband is one man who uses the legal system just to harass year after year

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I would highly recommend anyone to use Jeff and his office as their attorney. I will never use a different attorney myself. There was NOT one time i called, texted or emailed Jeff, Amy or Kyle that i didnt get an answer immediately. They kept in contact the entire time. I was referred to Jeff for a complicated criminal case. I had never previously met him. I was made to feel more like a friend than a client by the entire office and was comfortable enough to just trust in what i was told would happen, would happen. I never had to call to find out what was happening. I was told the entire way. He was professional, comfortable and confident in the court room and went above and beyond my expectations. Our results turned out better than we expected and for that, I am forever grateful. Thank you Jeff, Amy & Kyle!

If you are looking for a fluff and stuff lawyer To hold your hand DeRoberts is not your guy. He is very up front and to the point. He gets things done and is familiar with the laws and comfortable in the courtroom. Which in my opinion that’s what you want in a lawyer. Prior to me hiring DeRoberts I had a couple other lawyers that were nice and listened to my feelings but I got no where. Once I hired DeRoberts we met discussed the case (child support) he got the major details. We went to court and he was able to come to an agreement with the opposing sides lawyer. He is very busy but him and his staff both were very quick to email me as soon as there was a change in anything. There was one time that it was questionable if he would be able to make the court date or not. But he told me immediately that he wasn’t sure if he could make it physically but he would appear by phone. But he ended rearranging things so he could make it. There were a couple of times he had to change the court dates bc he had prior engagements but again him and his staff told me immediately and took care of everything. I was never left high and dry at court. I appreciated the fact that DeRoberts and his staff included me in every email communication. I was always very aware of what was going on.

Overall I wanted a lawyer that would give me results and had a strong presence in the court room. DeRoberts is the perfect person for that. I will use him for any other legal needs from now on.

Jeff Deroberts tries to play games when it comes to a custody battle. Even with the truth out there he still tries to prolong everything. Don’t bother using him he’s a waste of time and money!!

If I’m worried, I call him & he tells me not to worry. When all said & done, Jeff’s got it. And he owns the building

My experience with Jeff DeRoberts was very very horrible.DeRoberts gave my family false accusations on what he could do for my son. Jeff ask for a downpayment to take the case.The downpayment that was giving should of not been giving. The reason why I say that cause he didn't do what he said. My son rights were tooken for granted. Jeff told my family when we first meet w him with the deposit that my son would be home in 6 months that was a lie.Jeff is a fast fast talker.My dad said when we went to meet DeRoberts for the first time that he talks to fast.In my dad didn't like that.Deroberts got us into his office to get the downpayment and told nothing but false accusations.We trusted him my son life was in his hands.For the future in vestigate a person before you make a decision.My son is very very disappointed in Deroberts. And far as communication there's very little.Deroberts has did nothing but disappointed me n my family.Deroberts is not a good choice.I have faith in God and I also trust in God.

The greatest Lawyer ever! He got me visitation with my son, when court appointed lawyers could do nothing for me. I am so grateful for him! He handles many cases and is very busy, but he always comes through for you!

After reading a lot of reviews of different attorneys....and also negative reviews for Jeff. I just followed my heart click and I met Jeff, a couple of days ago and hired him. He is warm hearted and caring. He looks confident and also asked me to relax as he will do his best. Im very hopeful after i met him.....I will rate him later and will further update review after my case is done.

Terrible communication and unprofessional, never spoke to a single representative only a secretary. Not helpful.

Highly over priced. Do not give him any money anticipating any of it to be returned, no matter what he or staff claim.

I strongly urge you to look up New York State Bar Complaints against this unethical attorney. I have had to have two Support Magistrates recused themselves from my Family Court case that was filed more than two years ago due to these Support Magistrates supporting and engaging in unethical behavior along with this character. This attorney had my support and money judgment overturned requiring me fight in court for over two years for my disabled child. He failed to notice me on Subpoenas which the Support Magistrates supported his unethical conduct (which is clearly illegal), therefore, forcing me to file an Appeal (in Rochester, New York) which will take another two years. On the day of Trial, he handed me a perjured Financial Affidavit by my ex-husband and he notarized it (and I believe he knew it was perjured statement). Apparently, the Support Magistrates in Onondaga County support (crooked) attorneys over Pro Se Litigants (which I can understand up to the point where there is clear evidence of misconduct). I intend to prove the misconduct and perjury by my ex-husband and put in another Grievance Complaint against this attorney until the New York Bar Association takes my Complaints seriously and considers disbarment. Attorneys have an ethical duty to uphold the law and not contaminate themselves with clients who are clearly perjuring themselves. When I telephoned Mr. DeRoberts and confronted his on the Respondent's perjury, he got very angry and hung up. That discourteous behavior is going to cost him. I will do all in my power to make sure (as an Activist and Whistle Blower) that this attorney does not do this to anyone else.

Jeff is a substantial presence in the courtroom during pre-trial arguments. We came to him with a concern of Parental Alienation by my friend's ex-wife. Jeff told us what proof we needed, we spent time gathering evidence, and we gave him a packet to work with. He contacted the opposing attorney and negotiated a settlement prior to the trial. We gained $50,000 in child support that my friend doesn't have to pay because the ex turned the children against their dad. Jeff is a formidable opponent for any other attorney. Well done, Jeff. He is not very attentive. Makes mistakes that will cost his clients. He will not acknowledge any mistake(s) made on his behalf.

Jeff was recommended to me, and I am so glad he was, Jeff has always treated me with respect, calmed my fears about things, always either answers my phone calls, or calls me back the same day, and I can't say enough nice things about his staff, Rita and Chris. First of all this guy should not be a Lawyer period. Don't look for someone to go to bat for you he will not be that guy. He talks so fast I swear he had ADHD. He will give you about 1 minute of his time in between his vacations but then ask for money.
