Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However , he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

I had an outstanding experience with this firm! I was very nervous about a traffic ticket I received, and I was called by one of the partners in the firm within 24 hours, David Bruffett. He assuaged my fears and delineated what options they had for me at an affordable rate. I was able to secure a student discount and hired them on the spot! They represented me well and saved me from having to show up in court after I already moved away from the city! They kept me informed the whole way and allowed me to submit documents electronically which I found very convenient. They ended up getting my ticket reduced significantly in terms of points on my license as well as reducing the fine about 80 percent. I was entirely satisfied with the representation I received from Azria and Bruffett. In May 2018, I received two tickets for failing to stop adequately at a stop sign (the officer said it was a "rolling stop") and failure to signal more than 100 ft. before a turn. I had never had a moving violation in 20+ years of driving, and I was now suddenly facing 5 points and the possibility of a hefty fine! Azria and Bruffett were able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation with no points and a minimal fine. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to someone who is concerned about avoiding points and black marks on their driving record.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!. Ralph Habib had my case for a 4pt speeding ticket. End result: 1 (ONE) point reduction. REALLY ONE POINT WOW THANKS thats really going to make a difference! are you kidding me! and the fine WAS NOT spared as well & I NEVER got a call back from him when I asked for an explanation. Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

David Bruffett resolved Speeding Violation very smartely

I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. After thinking this was a lost cause, my insurance could've gone up and my license been revoked for a speeding ticket and unlicensed operator ticket. Mr. Ralph Habib was able to successfully reduce both charges. Anyone wondering if you should fight a ticket, do so! You have a higher possibility of reducing the charge and pay less by being represented than just paying the tickets and seeing your insurance go up! Highly recommend Mr. Ralph Habib.

I had gotten an extremely high speeding ticket when I drove upstate for the first time. I'm 18 and have had my license for about a year, so my mother and I thought it would be a good idea to hire an attorney. It was a holiday weekend, so I was surprised when David Bruffett answered our call on Presidents' Day. I'm so thankful he did. He's did an amazing job getting my speeding ticket reduced. He instructed my on what to do to increase my chances to reduce as many points as possible. He was honest when telling us what our outcome would most likely be, however, the outcome exceeded our expectations. He and his staff were very professional and supportive. I wish I could give a higher rating, but I had the same experience with those who rated them poorly. I read so many high reviews and testimonies about how they reduced tickets to no points and just fines. I read additional reviews where they stated that their communication was quick and responsive. I did not have that experience. I had no tickets and a great driving record and they could not do anything to reduce the ticket I received. I knew that could have been the case going in, but their communication was lacking. I felt ignored as emails went unanswered for months, even though I kept trying to contact them. If you do use them, I sincerely hope that you receive better service than I did.

Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me.
