Waste of Money!! It was the worst experience I ever had. I was in tears when it was over..He said "I work for you"..as soon as he got the money no return phone calls .When took the case a week ago he said had nothing that day now were having a phone appearance. It was a nightmare between going to get my own paperwork for him filing something that never came about. I had over $900.00 in medical bills never even mention to the court. Needless to say I needed a lawyer to help me .I felt NO SUPPORT at all!

Richard was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful with my case. At no point did I feel like I had to search for answers as Richard updated me every step of the way throughout my trial. Most often he would call me back within the hour, and there was not ever a time I did not get a call back within 24 hours through our several month interaction. I had the experience with a different attorney a few years ago, and the difference was night and day. Many attorneys take on too many cases that they cannot handle, and it is clear that Richard does not operate that way. I used Richard Bombardo for child support and child custody. Richard does not listen to you and shows up unprepared when you tell him what to expect. My initial situation cost me 2500.00 retainer and was told told constantly I was not beyond that. Coming up to the last court date, I paid Richard a ridiculously inflated bill of a additional 2500.00. I told Richard my ex was going to withdraw her child support petition on our court date. He withdrew from the case in front of the judge after paying the additional 2500.00. My ex withdrew her petition as stated and because Richard withdrew from the case the attorney for my ex was able to hit me with medicaid for two years beyond her living in nys. My bank account was seized although all money has been paid. Richard has promised for months, almost a year to get this corrected. Still to this day, not corrected. He forgets about you after you pay him. All about money.. Period!! He actually threatened me and bribed me not to leave this review. Don't use!!
