Tina's performance is unsatisfactory. She talks bad about other clients in front of you. Her staff has the inability to keep up with your file, and things get lost or in someone else's file. It is extremely difficult to communicate with Tina by phone or secured messaging.

The posting from the guy above this nailed tina bennet to the tee ,unfortunately she did show up at my court hearings , had no game plan at all ,i basically handed her everything from day one to prove that my ex-wife was a complete lunatic who was harassing me and was lying flat out to the judge , She promised the world to me that none of this could happen my previous lawyer was incompetent and filed everything wrong ,she did absolutely nothing but take my money from me , I would’ve been better off going in there by myself. never once did tina bennet bring that up in court I basically handed her everything organized on a SilverPlatter and she did nothing with it . her brilliant idea of fathers rights is you get your kids every other weekend and pay your ex whatever the court orders in child support so if you’re a father that thinks that’s OK and the mother is what’s best for the children tina bennets your woman because she’ll do nothing else above and beyond that. Shes not for fathers rights she could give two craps if the father is what’s best for the children ,when it comes down to it she’s a woman and she’s going to favor the woman just like all the judges do and just like every lawyer and law guardian does , every woman is a victim ......thats what this ignorant society teaches you nowadays , Everywoman is what’s best for children and you’re never going to convince this society any different . I went into this situation kind of naïve figured I seen all the big ads on TV and I really didn’t look into any reviews about tina bennet but I guess in a weird way that was my own ignorance and I should’ve looked into her credibility and her references because now that I am looking it up just about everybody’s had this experience with her so if you are a father out there trying to look for justice definitely look around don’t count on fancy ads on the TV and search engines , Actually look up references and talk to people that actually dealt with lawyers to see what you’re getting yourself into

The real deal not a poser like the other attorneys out there that claim to represent dad's. Never met an attorney that is honest and hard-working. Straightforward and to the point against the corrupt family court system. She is more than just an attkrattorney she cares about your child and your family. Works late hours 7 days a week. Not a day or time I couldn't reach her. She treated me like family. Easy to connect not like a ruthless snake attorney lawyer that I dealt with before. She is modern and up to date with technology.

With everything I have been put through with my son's mother, Tina has been a true blessing to me. She is honest, caring and has the utmost integrety I have ever seen in a lawyer and I have had a few.
She displays the most positive out look on your situation. She does the best any attorney could ever do, her remain goal is Eqaulity.
She knows and expreses the importance of children having both parents in their lives. She helps Dad's to be able to be with their kids. She is a fighter for Equality.
Her and her husband are the most giving people they are good people and good friends.
I trust her with every situation that arises with my son's mom.
If you need a good lawyer Tina Bennet is your Best choice.

Tina Bennett appeared to less than 50% of my court proceedings and never once did we enter the court room with a strategic game plan. I did not feel that my business was valued nor was my case and its findings thoroughly assesed. Our meetings never went well and often would start one to two hours past schedule again leaving me to feel as if my time and business isn’t valued. When I expressed my discontent with her services, she told me to get a new lawyer yet proceeded to request more money at our next meeting. I lost my family court case in all areas including a false allegation that led to an order of protection, custody of my children and divorce and the sad thing is she was only going against a Legal Aide society. I’m sure she’s taken enough peoples money to promote her name to be at the top of the google charts but by no means would I reccomend Tina Bennett. She’s too busy for your own good and you will just be another paycheck and stack of papers across her desk. The level of frustration in behind lack of communication and poor planning is just not worth your coins here folks.

She cares nothing about you or your case. The only thing she asked about was payment and if I could afford her services for the next couple years. , BEWARE

Staff is polite

My now husband went to her a few years ago to fight for more custody of his son. She did absolutely nothing. During the custody battle, my father in law overheard her speaking poorly about my husband to his ex’s lawyer. Not only was that unprofessional, but completely distasteful. I do not recommend wasting your money on someone as disreputable as Ms. Bennet.

I expected so much more from a professional.

This is an attorney who fights for you. She is very dedicated.

My ex used her as out divorce attorney. It was my 2nd marriage and we had one child together and 6 from my first marriage. I worked full time to provide for my children. Tina sued for my house and all the contents when the man only lives in my house.a year. She wanted means my other 7 children to move out so he could live there with our son I had already had custody of. She just wasted his money and was pulling at strings to get money. She even addressed me as “the princess “ because she said I always got what I wanted. In court I finally spoke up in front of the judge and asked her to refer to me as my given name, not the princess. Then she tried to hold me in contempt od court. She’s a ditsy money hungry woman who I wouldn’t even call an attorney.

Called this attorney and they said they would get back to me a week later still waiting don't bother with Ms Bennett you won't be happy the way she treats you

I’m posting this for a friend of mine who dealt with Tina she did absolutely nothing for him he had been separated from his wife for a very long time had proof and documentation of it all ,his wife broke into his house, stole a bunch of stuff and he had it all on video tape ,he had 100% proof that he had his children 90% of the time and took care of them 100% but when it came to court Tina was all on board at first until She had her first meeting with the judge and his exes lawyer in their little private room and after that everything changed because she was apparently bought out by his exes family whos sister was a judge . My friend was probably the most honest hard-working best father I have ever seen and because of what Tina Bennett let happened he lost everything and it destroyed him as a person knowing that no matter how good he was and that he did everything right the system and lawyers like Tina Bennett don’t care and they destroyed him. Sad thing is it’s going on three months now and he’s been missing and the last time I talk to him he was at a very low point Because of these last two years of his life that these lawyers and courts did to him I just hope he’s OK. the sad thing is people like Tina Bennet won’t have 1 ounce of remorse for what she does to people’s lives
