it's a scam, I spoke to him through the phone regarding a case and he was asking me my credit card details for payment without proper payment evidence and I assumed he was credible person and payed him. After receiving the payment he never handle my case and i requested him to refund my money and refused. So i filed two complaint against him in The state of New York attorney Grievance Committees & Unified Court System fifth judicial district. Please Beware !!!!
