Horrible practice. We were buying the house and she sided with the seller to get over with process. We are stuck with repair of house which should have comes from owner as they did not disclose the issue. Stay away.

Ronda's office gave us an awesome experience closing on our first home. Everything went super smoothly and easily. They were extremely communicative and had no problems negotiating on our behalf. The closing went quickly, with no issues, and we had all the confidence in the world that everything was completed correctly. My brother worked with her to close on his home as well and he too has nothing but the best to say about her! I had a bad experience with them i called everyday never got a call back . And I had to talk to my bank and had to figure the issue out my self . When I did receive a phone call back its was not professional.

The bank was ready to close a week before they scheduled me but they told me they couldnt close because they were waiting on the bank. The didnt correctly inform me about what I needed from my co signer so i showed up to my closing with what i was told to bring and had to reschedule more than a week out because their office was going to be closed from Thursday-Sunday. I then had to call them Monday to schedule a new closing. I got into my house only to realize the previous owner did not pay their water bill and it got rolled onto my property although they should have had to pay their utilities before closing. Now it's been a month or so since I've been calling Ronda and she never calls back. Her associate Kristen tried to take care of it and told me she would return me call the next day with an answer and never called me back. God forbid theres an emergency because you have to pull teeth to get a call or email back.

She was great for our first home purchase, second home purchase TERRIBLE. Did not fight for us when we got screwed over, did not return calls did not return emails. Sent some random person to the closing who didn’t even introduce himself. Surely will NEVER use her again
