24 years of Honorable Active Duty Military Service defending your country around the world, and the last problem you should expect when you return home from overseas is to pay a $2,500.00 retainer fee (on November 2, 2017), and find exceptionally gross discrepancies with your court petitions for Child Support, Custody, and Visitation Modification request. Additionally, you receive absolutely no phone calls or e-mails for weeks to update you on the status of your case or court date and when you do, it was never submitted.
Additionally, your children's Mother changes both of your kids name without your knowledge or consent while supporting our country and when you hire a lawyer to support your case, you receive disgraceful legal support.
In short, after four months of reprehensible legal services and piss-port professionalism and over $1,500.00 of my hard earned money loss, I TERMINATED services on March 7, 2018 from this Law Firm. I am currently seeking a full refund(2,500.00) for services not performed correctly through the Fifth Judicial District:
ONONDAGA COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION ATTORNEY-CLIENT FEE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM.
This post is by no means an attempt to slander. This is my experience with said Law Firm and I have full documentation to justify my experience.
