Worked with Hill and Fischer during the closing of my home, there computers where hacked during the process and the hackers where able to get all my information from hill and Fischer, including my new address and the exact amount I owed at closing, then I was contacted by a hacker through what a thought was Seth Fischer’s email on Wednesday November 14th telling me to wire closing cost of $9000 to there account, thought it was odd, and emailed the paralegal at the company Kiersten Ives, To comfirm it was from there company, and she informed me it was from there company and it was ok to send the money, so later that day I did. Then on Friday November 16th found out that it was a scam and I had lost the $9000. I then Contacted Hill and Fischer to see if the would refund the money and they would not help me at all, they just informed me that it was not there fault for being hacked. They obviously have very poor cyber security and no cyber insurance, would never use there company. Thanks to them I am out $9000 and trying to pay for a new home.

My only experience with this firm was years ago when they represented the bank, but I know that there are usually many notaries in attorney's offices and most attorneys are themselves notaries. This firm seemed very professional.

- Was not a good experience, not easy to work with
- Mr. Fischer charges for 'dead deals', when your first contract falls through
- The prepared documents had many errors, including the sales price of the home and the name of the buyers of the house
- Mr. Fischer insisted on notarizing many forms, but was not willing to provide notary (left us scrambling)
- Was not resolving issues in a timely manner
