Upon arriving to the hearing I felt anxious because everyone else in my situation didn’t seem to understand what was going to happen in front of the trustee. I already knew, for weeks, exactly what would be asked. After waiting and seeing how others seemed “unprepared,” I felt confident that any question or worry I had, was already addressed weeks before I was called up. Some of the other lawyers didn’t have their clients prepared and it was obvious! Jessica Grady is amazing, along with everyone at the firm. They know the system and make you feel comfortable. When I met her there I already knew she had confidence in me being her client and confidence in herself and the work she does. It might cost a little more to go through this firm than others, but it is worth every penny and it shows. If anyone mentions they are interested in filing bankruptcy I will demand they come to this firm!

I got my bankruptcy done rather quickly, Jessica was great. Only thing i wasn't found of was they gave me an appointment to call them, when i called them they weren't available. Within a half hour or so id have to call back and was able to speak to someone. However I know they can't control phone conversations and if someone needs help then they should receive the help. I didnt feel crowded they email system was a big help to me. It was handy to look up information or get information to them on the go

The helper at the front end has a bad attitude. I was just discharged and still have two ceditors on my report that I included. I was told i had to call them myself to be sure the creditor received my amendment and original file and then they would help. I would recomend guys to see guys. And I would assume an organized and efficient law office would make those kind of calls on your behalf.

I was very frustrated when I found myself in a situation beyond my control and was advised I had to file bankruptcy, but working with this firm made the experience a bit easier to deal with; they have offsite location that made meeting with easier, the staff was always able to answer my questions. Overall they made this frustrating and difficult time very stress free.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I felt like more than a client, I felt important. More than willing to address my questions and were very responsive to emails and phone calls. I never had to wait for an answer and if there wasn't an answer they would research and get back to me right away. They made this difficult time very manageable.
