We use Avalon for all of our copy needs in our office, but I have to give them a 5 star rating over a special project they did for us recently. We had Avalon print large pictures of our projects that we display in our office on a hard poster board material called Sintra. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The prints were finished ahead of schedule in two business days and they look great! Not only that, but the price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend that you use Avalon (and consider them for projects that are more than just copies).

Also, they are always willing to help provide us with the drawings that we need at any given time which shows the utmost professionalism. Lastly, they send us off with homemade cookies! Absolutely the BEST service around. I have had quite a few last minute projects the in the past couple years I needed quick a turn around on and they have ALWAYS delivered better than promised. I cannot say enough about Shawn and the staff at Avalon....they are AWESOME!

I called Avalon and spoke to a gentleman who told me that it would be okay for me to stop by and print a picture that I needed this morning. Over the phone he told me it would be no problem. I stopped by the facility shortly after.

I was greeted at the door and walked through the whole building into the back section to a woman that was supposed to be able to help me. During this walk I noticed several employees just standing or sitting around and conversing with each other nonchalantly. the woman who is supposed to help me ask me what I needed.

When I explained what I needed she made a sour face and said "oh do you need this right now?" She then proceeded to tell me that they were too busy and wouldn't be able to help me right now. As I walked out of the building I noticed many employees standing around doing nothing. Like most people, I don't enjoy being told one thing on the phone and then another thing in person.
