I have contacted this office, twice now. Once over a month ago, and once yesterday or the day before, in regards to my vehicle. They seem to be the only law firm in the area that deals with lemon law issues, but I have not heard back from them. Very rude and inconsiderate.

I have known Mr. Dombrow professionally for several years. I would not hesitate to refer an upstate client to him.

Russell is very efficient and thorough. He takes the time to explain any information that is confusing. Russell is highly detail oriented. He researches topics if he needs to get a clearer understanding to a particular topic. I am extremely comfortable using Russell as my family's lawyer. He is professional and respectful to clients judges and others he comes in contact with.

My only negative comment, is: it is sometimes difficult to get a return message from Russell. My preferred method of contact is email and there have been times when I have waited quite a few days (and even more than a week) for a return email. For the most part, this issue has not created any major problem and Russell does always reply.
