Kathy can not seem to find the time to manage my fathers case but continues to take his money. I am tying to convince him to fire her and hire someone who has the time to represent him adequately. She was not prepared in court and refuses to complete the paperwork needed to resolve the case. In fact, Kathy has made it clear that the defendant is the only one responsible for creating terms of agreement, which ensures my father has no counter offer prepared. I may have to hire a secondary lawyer just to resolve this matter. I suggest if you are looking for a lawyer, look elsewhere.
