Please know that this review is not meant to hurt Peter’s reputation. I am just stating what I have experienced the most accurate; and as clear as possible. Please read my review in full. To start, Peter does answer emails, but sometimes not all of them; and some of them partially, I understand he is very busy... I feel that Peter does a good job with evidence on his end for a disability case as he does this by requesting your doctors to fill out papers with your issues (the ones that Peter feels he can prove enough to show that I am disabled and can win your case, he did mine...), but when it comes to getting medical records, he asks you for 100 dollars upfront (at the time of my case) and does a great job at getting records for the conditions that he feels that limit you and can qualify you fir disability benefits... Peter goes above and beyond the contract you sign even after his job is done after he fulfilled what the contract said. I feel that Peter tries to make sure that customer satisfaction is good with his clients as he will read any reviews that he has on him; and wants to fix any issues in his office, despite any contractual agreement that may get in the way. Peter will go out of his way to make sure he responds to any client-attorney relationship questions, or medical record releasing information and ensures the ALJ gets the records to review, which is significant for your case. He provided a memo to the judge at the hearing (with undisclosed information to me). He makes sure he takes the appropriate actions as an attorney and makes sure the SSA had the information they need so the hearing can take place for your case. Please know that Peter will refuse to do a video hearing; so, it will take from 12-24 months to get a hearing scheduled and done instead of 6k for doing a video hearing. Peter feels most comfortable winning your case this way; and it worked out in my favor for my case, but if you have no income at all, and no family to help you, you may want to inform Peter that this is not the best choice and is not something you want to do to see if he will do a video hearing to help you get your benefits sooner... I feel that Peter does not keep the client informed of any work that is being done as I had to call him to get updates and see if he was getting paperwork from the SSA too (as you get copies of it as well) I feel that Peter’s main focus in complicated cases such as mine; is the one of your disabilities that he finds the most severe and most debilitating; is enough for you to win your case and he will primarily focus on that... I feel Peter knows what he is doing and that he is excellent and is well experienced at it and does a satisfactory job for the most part and ensures that you will be a happy client when your case is open, and when it is closed. Beyond the attorney/client relationship, I feel that Peter is a nice guy to talk too and understands your disability problems; and wants to work with you to the best of his abilities even though I feel that Peter had his main focus, he had it in a way that he was able to make sure that he kept me on track during my hearing, so I would not lose credibility at my hearing, and was able to get what I was meant to get in the first place. I would recommend this disability/bankruptcy attorney to anyone who needs one. I feel that he is a great guy with great intentions and has changed my life and will make sure that you know how to communicate with your doctors at all times, to ensure that you can keep the Social Security Administration informed with the latest information about your disabilities so you will never have a problem getting them when it is time to be reviewed (as long as you remain in the same condition you were when you got them)…

I suffer from depression and anxiety and he is very easy to talk to and work with. Did a wonderful job on my case, so much so that I hired him to help with my son's case.

This guy WILL lose your case! He asks for $100 before he does anything for you too.
