Don’t expect a return phone call cause he doesn’t return them.

This man is exactly the reason people don't care for lawyers. Hire him for a closing on house we bought at auction 2015. After paying him he tells us it's gonna take a few months. That all changed when we gave him an extra hundred, suprise closing only took a few weeks compared the time he told us. This property was considered a maritial property.
Up next he becomes the attorney for the children in my divorce case, like how does that work? How is not a conflict of interest?
Then recently having difficulty paying rent, he becomes the attorney of record in my eviction. His clients harassed me, didn't follow state law regarding security deposits, and began calling my ex wife to tell her I'm being evicted. Like who does that, she knew the situation. He is a lowlife POS.

Beware as a law guardian he favors mothers and doesn't stand up for fathers rights. He allows mothers to obstruct the courts ability to function and enables the broken system.

Our family had a very confusing, unique and depressing estate issue. Upon our moms death a sibling tried to steal the estate from the remaining siblings. It was a troublesome situation. Spence/Brierley from the beginning talked us through step by step, and kept us informed each step of the way.
