Do as you wish but I'd recommend doing business with someone else. As far as they are concerned once they got your money they have no interest in helping you after that. It took me 2 months to get a simple one sentence answer on how I should proceed with a legal matter with my property.

Countless phones and emails and they call with we can give you any advice and to contact lawyer. 2 months to come up with that.

And the receptionist was far from professional.

Absolutely uninformed about closing real estate dates/times. Terrible communication, 24 hours later on our closing and no one notified us. We paid a wire fee and they asked if we wanted a check mailed? 4 days later and no one knows how our closed loan (sellers) is being paid off? Would not recommend, unless you prefer to stay in the dark about closing a home and zero communication within their office and to clients! 2 weeks later our proceeds check has not cleared...

Very good services. Have closed two houses with Bill and everything went very smoothly. Bill is very knowledgeable and solved any issue arose from those transactions. I'm pleased with his work and will continue hiring him for my closings.

Great place and people and a lot of off street parking

Don't go to this place they treat you as if they are doing you a favor, when you actually are paying for their services.

Please go somewhere else, unless you like to be treated like you're inconveniencing the people who are supposed to be working for you simply for asking basic questions about what they're doing for you. I spoke to the attorney once for about 1 minute the first time I called and then never heard from him again. More than once, documents were sent to me to sign with glaring errors that a cursory review by a paralegal would have revealed. I used their services for a real estate sale, and even my local realtor commented about how disorganized the office seemed to be, and how they were having trouble getting in touch with anyone there. This is not my first rodeo -- I've bought and sold many properties and have had excellent real estate attorneys in other parts of the state. I know what good service is in this realm. You will not get it here.

Wow, I just needed them to write up a rental agreement lease for my property. Come 2 weeks later and I have not heard a word from them. My real estate agent and I have been contacting them often to check up if they wrote the contract and they did not know anything about it. I found it was much easier to just google a template from the internet and do it myself. Best of all, I finished it in 30 minutes and it was FREE!

Horrible experience. Very layback office, sloppy! Very expensive for the service they provide! We sold the house for the cash money. Took almost 2 months to close this deal. We had to call the office numerous time to push them to finish the work. I was getting calls from my Bank for the Payoff amount. Then collection agency called me telling me that my credit score will be ruined if I don't pay the mortgage. I had to call the office telling them this. They wired money to the bank next day and off course they charged me for this service! Person that answers the calls is exceptionally, extraordinary rude, without manners, disrespectful, full of herself and all the worse that can describe this person!
I will never, never and never have anything to do with this office again! And I am telling everyone stay away from Calli Calli & Cully!!!
