D!!! I purchased a Honeywell age verification scanner for our business. It worked for 4 months and the charging port broke. They claimed it is normal wear and will not facilitate a warranty claim despite having a 1 year warranty and the $800 scanner is now completely unusable. I have called and sent several emails to their customer service rep Eric Tristan but he will no longer even talk to me. Will never work with again. Sending all info to our Attorney General and reporting to better business bureau
