Don't bother with Timothy Payne. He talked me out of taking a settlement and convinced me to file a suit instead and then stopped returning my calls or emails. We ended up with nothing because he just refused to follow through or respond.

We have fallen behind on ALL OF OUR CLAIMS thus putting us into another bankruptcy that they were supposed to avoid FORCING us to move out of our home. Everything has been MONTHS past due dates causing even longer wait periods and more lawyer fees. And NO ONE responds to any emails or even looks at our paper work. They have never taken us seriously and they do not do their jobs.

This office is a joke. Unprofessional. The attorney mom is the receptionist who has no experience and does not know how to talk to clients.

I called to try to get an understanding of my situation but the person who answered kept putting me on hold and she wasn’t listening to my situation. She started giving me the wrong information after I repeated myself several time she changed her response. She was very rude and short with me. I would not do business with them based off of that phone call. This person needs to be trained on how to listen and speak to people.

I wasn't planning on doing this but it seems that they don't care about their reputation, I retain mrs. Hanson kind of an emergency put down the down payment and they gave me a letter to bring to the judge witch almost did it work and I was almost put in jail. After that event I went in for consultation they gave me a number I still had met my attorney yet personally and found out she was injured and out of state. Their advice was to push the court dates farther and farther leading me to believe I would never be through with this. So I found different representation and at a fraction of the cost, unfortunately they did not conduct themselves in a professional manner I received none of the down payment back even though no one showed up in court for me some phone calls might have been made but as far as the paperwork goes I was Ben to go in source everything myself which I did not mind.

Anyway I'm completely free and clear I paid about a third of what they were asking and my new lawyer attempted to retrieve some of my down payment from them and they sent bogus letters saying that the money was spent and I might have even owe them more, which is completely false my lawyer told me myself that they never appeared in court and they only put in paperwork to one town when I had several to deal with.

my dad was riding a bike one night and a driver run a stop sign and hit him down, the police came and took report with driver at fault, my dad was injured and was out of work for more than 2 months, my dad hire timothy pain at hanson law firm to represent him, finally after many months timothy won the insurance case, and the settle for seven hundred and fifty dollar for his injury 500 dollar was for my dad 250 dollar was for him. about 8 months ago a driver slam into the back of my tow hitch, and I hurt my back I was out of work for a month and a half, my insurance company got the other insurance company to accept fault for the acciedent, but the other insurance company did not want to pay for the damages because they claim its not from the accident its from previous incident,but I didn't have comp and collision to fix my truck, so my insurance company don't want to take the time to go after the other insurance company for the repairs, they advise me that I have a complete clear case as rear ended that I should hire a lawyer, I went and hire tim at hanson law firm. tim collect my case since august 2011 and until this date I didn't receive a dine, I have a private evaluator to assed my damage but gieco wont speak to me because I have a lawyer, they say that I have to speak to them true my lawyer, I called up my insurance company and work place why I have been out of work for 6 weeks and its 6 months gone by and still cant receive a penny for disability, they turn around and said they didn't receive any paper works, and I give it to tim to fax it in to them, I my self had to fill out new paper work and send it in to my insurance company and job then I receive pay like 2 weeks after for disability, I called tim like every almost every month to ask him if he ever speak to gieco, he always replied to me that he is trying to reach them and he didn't hear anything from them and he will call me when he spoke to them, until this day im still waiting on a call from tim to see if he ever spoke to gieco concerning my case, I guess my case just washed away by hiring tim to represent me, Im now to a point that I understand I wont see a penny for my case. but I should have known better to do better by looking as to what he won in my dad case. my experience was terrible, I dint get a penny by hiring timothy.
