I tried to buy 10.8 acres of land on Rt 7 to make part of it an off-leash doggy park, Mr. Millias, Esq. was great in catching that the Rt 7 property may have been tied to a mortgage of other properties on Rt 7 in a strange way, and I was able to get out of the situation, but he approved the survey I wanted done before closing, before the Abstract of Title was done, and so I lost $2,100.00 for a land survey. Several months later he updated me that it probably was not tied to a mortgage anymore, and was available. I am unsure if I will purchase it because of the time delay.
