I called Ms. Reeds office based on a referral from another attorney. I left a message which was never returned. I called back two days later and someone who answered the phone rudely stated, "We are not taking your case." And then hung up on me without a salutation. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy or decency was astounding.
So noted.
