very irresponsible with her work and the family court continues to assign it to people knowing that she doesn't do her job

She was appointment by Schenectady family court as my 2 boys law guardian. Volunteered to write an order that was to be signed by the family court judge. She never submitted the order and therefore we have no technical court order in family court. My ex has violated this hypothetical order more than once and i can not violate her dude to the fact that she has not submitted the court order. I have made mutuple calls to her over the last 2 years and still have not recieved a call back or a copy of the court order to be submitted!!!
