They did a ticket for me and my girlfriend, and everything was great! It took some time to get the paperwork back from the court, but I called and they explained that it usually takes a month or two. We had to go into sign the paperwork, but what's the big deal?

They lost my ticket and took well over a month or two to find it and get back to me. Then they lost my email with my information in it. Then when it finally came time to deal with the ticket, they refused to mail the deal to me to sign and made me come in to their office to do it. At which point they told me they lost my case number AGAIN. I had to reprovide the same information yet again just to sign the deal when I got there. would recommend going elsewhere. I will never use this law firm again for any reason. Turned a simple traffice violation into a two or three month head ache.
