if i could give sam one hundred stars i would. i recently got into some trouble and i’ve never been in any before so naturally i had no idea where to start. i googled lawyers in albany and sam popped up. first thoughts were he looks like a nice person but he also had great reviews. so i reached out and i’m so glad that i did. he is so kind, and funny, and just about the least judgmental person i’ve ever met. he’s helped me every step of the way. he made me laugh when i was so scared that i wanted to cry. even others have told me what i great lawyer i have. he answers questions and explains things to me. i was terrified to go through all of this but he at least made me feel like i wasn’t alone. not only is he a fantastic lawyer but he’s a wonderful person. there are plenty of lawyers in new york but only one sam. if you need a lawyer, hire sam. best decision you’ll ever make.

I hired Sam Breslin to represent me as a tenant in a landlord/tenant dispute. Sam assured me that even though this case was out of his tool box he convinced me that we had a strong case and was eager to represent me. We paid him a $2500 retainer. After a few months of no communication we became concerned about his intentions. It has now been 3 years, we call him around every 6 months for the last 3 years, and his secretary heavily screens the calls and there is never a call back. I feel like I’ve been victimized twice once by my landlord and then again by my attorney. Sam kicked me while I was down. Took my money and did nothing for it. Buyer beware!!! Sam is the definition of a super lawyer! I got charged with a felony and Sam negotiated it down to a citation! He scored that game winning point right at the buzzer! I've never needed to hire a lawyer before and didn't know where to begin, my boyfriend got into some trouble and we needed to act fast and efficient.
