I can't say enough good things about Alex, he is an outstanding attorney. Going through a divorce is not a pleasant experience, and I've heard horror stories of people who ended up with non-caring and money focused attorneys that have sucked people dry financially and emotionally. Thankfully I ended up with Alex and had the exact opposite experience. He is one of the few attorneys I know that is not motivated by money and actually cares on a personal level. Never having been through a divorce, he guided me through every step and spent a great deal of time with me on the initial free consultation giving me a detailed overview of how the whole process would be handled, including "what if" scenarios. Once the process started, if I called, emailed, or texted, Alex almost immediately responded, which I have never experienced from a lawyer, especially one with a busy case load. I think the biggest compliment I can give is that I now refer people to Alex for all sorts of legal issues because I know that he will take care of my family and friends.

LAZIEST ATTORNEYS EVER

34 WEEKS AND JUDGE ORDERING COMPLETION. This has taken so long the court requested status update and has now ordered a completion date with paperwork to be turned in directly to judge's chambers. By that date it will have been 38 weeks since all proceedings were completed.

32 WEEKS OF NON-ACTIVITY. Now receiving judge ordered requests for updates because of their taking so long. Obscene.

NEW UPDATE: Twenty six weeks and counting. Read it again, TWENTY SIX WEEKS. Still nothing except my yelp review magically gone. How is this firm in business?

UPDATE TO REVIEW:
Another week and papers still not filed. Instead, I am now being threatened with litigation if I refuse to remove my public posts. When I have papers in hand from a job completed I will remove my post. Until then, I will continue to exercise my rights of free speech. This attorneys office is choosing to participate in an online forum that allows for reviews of their performance. Unfortunately, the same for anyone who is in a position to receive reviews, that does not mean only the good ones will be seen. All of this could have been avoided if papers had been filed at any time SINCE SEPTEMBER 13, 2018.

ORIGINAL POST: I could rate a zero or a negative I would. I'm not sure if it is incompetence or apathy, but 5 months after conclusion of hearings and they can't manage to turn papers in to the court.

Absolutely no expedition of process.
If you want something done in a reasonable timeframe, go somewhere else.

Extremely helpful would definitely refer Tobin and Dunshee LLP to others.
