When relocating to a new area and building a home, we chose Marnie from Sciocchetti & Abbott per a recommendation, and we're so glad we did! Our situation ended up having some unexpected complications and Marnie handled these difficulties beautifully. Her calm manner, knowledge, and professionalism combined with her warm, down-to-earth personality put my husband and I at ease and helped us feel confident during every step of the process. I just finished my closing for a Mortgage refinance. Sciocchetti and Abbott were very fast, friendly, and professional. Their secretary greeted me immediately with a friendly tone, and huge smile. They Took the time to make sure everything was explained and that all the paperwork was in order to make sure I did not have to make unnecessary trips. ( I live 90 minutes away). I would highly recommend them to anyone!
