I was hired to participate in a paid focus group...after going over a qualifying questionnaire and being told I was a fit for their candidates to participate. I drive almost an hour to have them say I wasn't a candidate after being told on the phone the time, address, and to call ahead in the event I cant show. After being told I wasn't needed I said if your dismissing me I still want to be paid, I came as I asked and did what you asked. Regardless if its coming and leaving or coming and participating I came on time and left when told. While leaving I told them I wanted the pay still, I was told they would send it in the mail. After calling numerous times they said I wont be getting paid after saying the check will be in the mail. Im not doubting the abilities and experience of these guys in a court room. Im bringing up the integrity and morals they hold themselves to.

UPDATE: 12 hours after posting this review I was contacted by Andrew Deluca himself who sent out the check that day and I have received it. Disappointing that it took around 10 calls and this review to have my inquiries heard.

extremely good representation, I've had my livelyhood and liberty threatened by - for lack of a better word , a gang... yeah , the biggest gang in America _ the police. You're not always a bad person. Sometimes you're just honestly in the wrong place at the wrong time, and, Andrew took time to, not only prove this to the judge, but he proved it to me that there is Justice if you find the right representation. I'll post my results later of the case but I had two c felonies and he got it dropped to a misdemeanor time served! Bravo! Not only am I not in jail, and I can hang out with my family and loved ones- I'm not on probation either. Most lawyers settle with judges and err on the side of appeasement whereas Andrew deluca pushes the envelope all the way to the post office "so to say" -anyway as you can see I'm super happy with the representation this is my comment

I won't go into the details of my case here but I was stopped by a Saratoga County Sheriff and charged with a DWI. During the stop and testing, my rights were violated. Andrew DeLuca helped me throughout the process and was able to get me a very favorable result. Without a seasoned lawyer like Mr. DeLuca, I'm sure it wouldn't have been possible. Thanks again.

Very professional, Top-Notch attorney!

If I could I'd give Andrew deluca no star's. He is a horrible attorney. His office is negligent and neglectful of there clients. I hired Andrew to handle a very serious case for me in Saratoga courts, where I was looking at some years in jail, probation, and restitution. It took Andrew a couple months to even catch on to what was happening. After having to hire another attorney to assist Andrew and myself, Andrew came to a deal. One I was not happy with or impressed with at all, but happy to not be serving jail time and being away from my 3 year old son. During the waiting period of 3 weeks to go back into court to settle every thing I tried over 80 times to get a hold of Andrew. I left voice mails on his machine emails, and I left messages 5 times a day for the last week and a half before court. With no answer from Andrew nothing. The only thing I got was the same message from his secretary. I even got told that Andrew was just walking threw the door or she was just about to email him his messages. I was trying to get a hold of him for important information that as my lawyer he would know and could help and direct me. But he willingly and knowingly neglected to call me or return any of the 80 plus voice mails I left. I would never recommend d him or his office to any one. He him self is a neglectful and uncaring lawyer. As long as he gets money he don't care what happens but he calls on a regular if you don't have his money or your late for a payment. Horrible lawyer. Horrible experience wasted money. Never again.
