I could confidently recommend Gerard. I needed a attorney once after putting myself in a position not really understanding “the system”. SCAM ARTIST! Took $10,000 of my money and didn’t defend my cases. Every time I hired him he would try to get me to cooperate with the cops and tell me I’m gonna get 20 yrs if I don’t. He’s still a COP not a lawyer. He didn’t defend me or do anything for me so I fired him and he refused to give me my money back. I’m gonna sue him once I get my ducks in a row and try to get him disbarred. Bill Montgomery is a way better lawyer use him he actually cares about his clients... A cop tht arrests criminals to throw them in jail and now wants to be a lawyer... COME ON!
