I used to like using the service here but recently they have changes. Some lady named Heather messed up my affidavit of service by leaving out a last name. The court rejected it so I called to let her know and she acted like it was my fault. She even tried to lie and say the document I provided was missing the last name. I had to plea with her to do the corrections. She instead that she was busy and I would have to wait and she'll get to it whenever she can. I need to get my affidavit filed and this is the worst service I have ever received from this place. I'm so disappointed!

Use this Company at your own peril! I paid the owner a lot of money over two years ago to help me obtain a trademark for my business and in two years he never followed through with my trademark, until recently, AFTER I contacted the NYS AG. Then I finally get a letter from another company telling me that my file has been closed because my claim was abandoned. Thanks S.S. for taking my money and not providing your promised result!!!! BEWARE using this company for any services!!!!
