Buying a house should be one of the most wonderful experiences of your life. Thanks to these people it has been a complete nightmare for my fiancé( Joseph Skinner) and I. They are completely disorganized, extremely non-empathetic, absolutely no consideration for anyone else’s feelings, time, or finances. My fiancé received an email from John stating we were to close on February 1 at 2:30 PM and asked my fiancé if that was OK. My fiancé stated that was a perfect time. John then said he had to get approval for the time and the date from the closing specialist. Tom, the closing specialist stated that was good. My fiancé and I made arrangements for furniture to be delivered at our new home, took time off of work so we could move and made all the necessary arrangements. Three minutes before Tischler Gillberg Closed for the day my fiancé gets an email from John stating that he couldn’t do that date and time and he would get in touch with my fiancé tomorrow to figure out when we could close sometime next week (he was the one originally who set that date and time.) Now my fiancé and I have to try to track down the furniture that has already been shipped and set to be delivered to our new home and see if it can be delivered to our current address instead, call the cable company and national grid to hold off on being switched over to the new address, speak to our employers to see if we can get different days off, and try to hold off on being out of our current resident by the day we told the landlord we would be out. These are by far the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with and I do not recommend these people to anybody!

Gus handled our first home purchase and was professional, thorough and courteous. He has gone on to represent various members of our family at additional closings and we are all satisfied! His staff is excellent and easy to reach via phone and e-mail. Highly recommended!

It's a wonder how these people sleep at night! CM FOX realtors recommended Gus Gillberg to represent us at our closing. This wasn't our first home buying experience but it was by far the most stressful. Mr Gillberg has a paralegal named Bobbie Belber who is the most unhelpful, unsympathetic person I have ever dealt with in buying a home. Her communication skills are horrible, you have to turn yourself into a pain in the neck just to get her to respond to you and this leads to her answers being curt. When you hire an attorney they should have your best interest in mind and be on your side but with this practice you have to pull teeth and beg to get anyone to be on your side.

Very poor experience with Tischler Gillberg LLC. All parties involved (Real Estate agents, Title Company, Banks) made mention of how unorganized and unprofessional our close was handled. When confronted about our poor experience, Tischler and Gillberg LLC blamed us, their clients, for "dropping the ball". It felt as if they expected us to know what to do and what to prepare for when we had never closed on a house before.

Worked with them on several real estate deals. Very thorough, and very professional. Hard to find someone these days that's so easy to work with. I have referred many friends and business associates, and everyone was very pleased.
